The Fallout ShelterTM is a unique service from SME restructuring experts Galen Partners Ltd. The service provides structured support to directors so they are best protected against any fallout from this difficult period.
The service’s costs will vary depending on the size of the business and degree of information available, but will normally be a flat fee of £3,000 plus VAT covering the service’s set up and two weeks pre-insolvency support. Subsequent weeks, if required, are normally chargeable at £500 plus VAT per week.
